FOUNDER
Alan Duke Wellington is the Founder and Executive Director of Sage Lex Nova. An EdD candidate in Organizational Leadership at Grand Canyon University, he holds an MPS in Data Analytics and a BS in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. He developed RHAIL, DUAL-Twin, and the Wellington Model, which underpin Sage Lex Nova's research and advisory work.
HOW WE'RE STRUCTURED
Sage Lex Nova operates through two aligned entities. Sage Lex Nova Labs, LLC leads our commercial work, advisory, technology, and venture development. Sage Lex Nova Institute, Inc. is the nonprofit research, education, and community-advancement arm of Sage Lex Nova, with 501(c)(3) status currently in process. Research from the Institute informs everything Labs builds and delivers.
